The complex relationship between Death Anxiety and Eating Disorders has proven that there are possible outcomes of both positive and negative correlations between the disorders. The little amount of research done on this topic has highlighted key factors surrounding mortality rates, mental and physical effects, transdiagnostic qualities, and how interactions between the two disorders can result in changes in one’s quality of life. Throughout the research conducted, by examining the effects of Eating Disorders and Death Anxiety, there have been more components shown to differentiate how such an interaction can result. While there is still much to be learned about this topic, there are many components to influence where that research has potential to start and how it can help society in the end.
