Scrapbook 20 focuseson West Warwick politics, specifically the 1960 West Warwick Democratic Primary, and a sewage issue in Crompton and the actions taken to remedy the situation. Some pages have articles that obscure other items on the same page. In this case, the same page has been shot multiple times to show all content.
