Photograph of Union Street in Providence, Rhode Island. The building on left was later demolished. Bovi's Records was an independent record store, owned by Bob Bovi. This photograph was likely taken to illustrate the amount of litter in downtown Providence. See Smolski Op-ed "Providence is the 'dirtiest city of them all,' from November 11, 1974.
