The 'copy two' cassette (MSS-0067-b01-ITEM21) was chosen as the source for digitized audio based on the audio quality and duration of the interview when compared to the 'original' (MSS-0067-b01-ITEM20, CV 14). It is believed that the 'copy' is actually the original recording based on it's superior audio quality and extended duration.
